Offline Registration Through Punjab Bank
You’ll find that Ms. Maryam Nawaz has provided the application form for the Green Tractor Scheme. Here’s what you’ll need to fill out:
- The government will give you a form.
- Write your name.
- Add your father’s name.
- Fill in your permanent address.
- Enter your Computer ID card number.
- Provide a phone number.
- Submit a copy of a valid identity card.
- Download proof of individual ownership.
